NATALIA SHEVCHENKO

Born in 1982 in the Kyiv region, she works with painting, graphics, installation and
performance.

She studied at Uzhhorod College of Arts named after A. Erdeli and Transcarpathian Art
Institute (graphic design). Since 2001, she hs participated in group projects, exhibitions,
workshops, and international symposiums on contemporary art.

Since 2006, she has been a member of the Poptrans group, which explores the relationship
between the aesthetics of totalitarian culture of the Soviet period and the heritage of Western
pop culture.

She lives and works in Uzhhorod.
